  • Is Glamour Online the same as Glamour Jewellery?
          Yes, but we offer a different variety of Gold and Diamond jewellery other than what is provided in Glamour stores.
  • When do you deliver the order ? 
           We deliver within 2-4 working days.
  • How much does the delivery cost?

  • How can I know my accurate size?
          You can order your right size by checking our Size Chart found in the description box of all of our products. 
  • Can I receive my order in a branch to check the item ?
          You can check the item before paying when delivered with the courier at DoorStep.
  • What should be done if the item is not suitable for me when delivered? 
          The courier take it back to the head office and you don't pay any fees. 
  • Can I exchange/refund my item?
           Yes, you can exchange the item at any of our Offline Stores or through the Online Store. The item has to be in the same condition and the invoice should be with you.
